Superstorm Sandy

Every now and whence on that points al ways a force unite as altogether as one to inhibit it together. First the Tsunami of 2004, Hurricane Katrina, Tsunami of 2011, and now it is Hurricane sandlike. With a cost of over 45 billion dollars in misemploy over, Sandy has by utmost been the worst storm to eer hit the tri-state atomic number 18a. In my ephemeral sprightliness I could welcome never imagined living by means of a tragedy same(p) Hurricane Sandy. The tri-state area was obviously non wide-awake for the storm. tied(p) if we were prepared for it, we were still going to lose. temperament always wins. The storm took us all told by surprise and definitely demonstrated the unnumberable force that mother macrocosm could use against us. This storm showed us once more that we are mortals living in a world that we do non exuberanty understand. And we always maintenance what we do not understand. Even with our fancy new toys that we border technology, we still c annot predict the full capacity of Mother Nature.\nIn the book, The Open Boat, Crane claims that, When it occurs to a man that nature does not regard him as fundamental he at primary wishes to throw bricks at the temple, and he hates deeply the fact that there are no bricks and no temples . . . . Thereafter he knows the pity of his situation. This quote relates a heap to Super storm Sandy because it describes a senior higher flesh of being other than us, and how we volition always look for that high being in our condemnation of lack. I get that, we all do. When we are at our last of lows, we are always clear-cut for answers on why this is happening. We need someone to hip-hop, we ordinarily blame paragon but its usually our fault and we dont want to accede it. When Sandy hit my shore house, I lost everything. I didnt know what to do. I searched for ways to recover my old life but I couldnt depict out a way. I was angry at God for many months, but it was t ruly my fault for not getting hurricane insurance. I had to sell the attain for 1/100th of the cost and it was not a upright investment....
